Graphiteleader Aspro is the result of cooperation between the leading Japanese manufacturer Olimpic, which owns the brand Graphiteleader, MIDA company and the famous sportsman, four-time world champion Andrei Pitertsov. All Andrei’s thoughts, all his requirements and wishes were embodied in each model of the series, from the formation of the preliminary idea of a rod, its concept to the final testing and design development. For two years Aspro series spinning rods were being developed and tested on various water areas , overcame severe conditions of the Extreme North and several stages of PAL tournament.

Since the beginning of work on the development of Aspro, Graphiteleader was given the most difficult task: to create a lightweight rod, capable of truly enormous loads and having a tremendous tactile sensitivity.
